Hybrid 1:1’s

Hybrid 1:1’s offer a bespoke Yoga session that will also include Ayurveda lifestyle and herbal medicine advice.

This Hybrid 1:1 is sold as a package of 3 sessions. Each session will include yoga and over the three sessions we will look at different elements of Ayurveda that will help with what you want to work on. These elements may include diet, lifestyle, herbs, habits, crystal healing, aromatherapy and Ayurveda body treatment advice. You will work on the Ayurveda element and Yoga between each session so that any challenges can be addressed at your next session.

For example if you were not sleeping well and this is the reason for booking a 1:1, you would have a yoga sequence designed to deal with the symptoms of insomnia that you are experiencing. For the Ayurveda portion we would look at your bedtime habits and routines, how they can be slightly altered and what herbs would help to treat insomnia symptoms you were experiencing.

These sessions do not replace an Ayurvedic consultations which look at all your health concerns and address everything that you do in your lifestyle, instead the Hybrid 1:1’s are more specific, looking at one aspect of your life that you need to currently deal with.

Another example might be digestive complaints, including weight gain. Again your yoga sequence would be designed to stimulate the digestive fire and the Ayurveda portion would assess your regular food choices, your habits around eating and meal times and herbs that will stimulate digestion.

A lot of people come to 1:1 yoga session for improvement of practice, tight muscles, sore back, hips etc, however, these Hybrid 1:1’s are ideal for these requests too. The yoga practice will be designed around that part of the body, the Ayurveda portion will look at regular habits throughout your day that may have an impact upon your challenge. We would also take into consideration your regular exercise and how that relates to your Ayurvedic constitution. Your diet will be assessed accordingly and herbs that are beneficial for joints and muscles will be recommended.

There are many factors that can be worked on and you will not only benefit that, but you will also begin to reap all the benefits of having a regular yoga practice. Also during our sessions there may be some things that I can detect that can be addressed to help towards your goal! My own experience has proved that living a lifestyle following useful guidelines from yoga and Ayurveda will improve vitality and boost energy and maintain a strong, flexible body.
