1:1 Yoga and Hybrid 1:1

Available online via Skype/Zoom/FaceTime and in person too

1) Yoga only

2) Hybrid option: you will be given a blend of yoga and Ayurveda to help with what you want to work on. Read more about the hybrid 1:1 option here

Going to a Yoga class is a great experience. The collective energy feeds the soul. As the whole class moves and breathes as one the heart opens and feels connected giving you a feeling of love, grace and serenity. The sound of one persons calm rhythmical breath is contagious and spreads to every aware being. Riding this wave heightens focus and sharpens your ability and you may find yourself doing something that you never thought was possible!

It can be a challenge for many to find this in a class environment.

Even when you are so keen to get the results from attending a Yoga class there are sometimes just stuff that gets in the way!

If only everything was the way it should be then you could go to a class.....right? Maybe more flexible, maybe a little thinner, a bit fitter, had the right clothes...a better Yoga mat. Perhaps you don't know the posture names, maybe you don't want to be the only one that looks like they don't know what they're doing!

I've got your reservations covered!!......and....,just so that you know, I also made that plunge when things were far from 'how they should be, or should look' and I most definitely couldn't even touch my toes!

Everyone has a little understanding of what Yoga is, and if not, generally everyone associates Yoga with the word calm! In that case couldn't Yoga be the worlds saviour if more people practiced it?? You've already shown interest to read this page so I reckon you're warming to getting started....or maybe you just fancied a nose to see what its all about......either way I have your attention. And that's good because people like you who are interested to start Yoga can help me spread the good that comes out from its practice.

Many clients opt in for private sessions to set themselves up with a self practice and or have the courage to attend a class environment. People like you and them are the reason I started private sessions. I want to empower you and inspire you so that you can feel good about the way you look, the way you feel and the way you manage your health and fitness.

What's also great about private 1:1's is that they are the exact right fit for you! Tailored to suit your physical needs and abilities, supporting injuries and painful areas

These sessions put you in control of getting what you want from your Yoga practice. It's a time to ask any question.....no question is a silly question, but maybe you would feel shy to ask it in class! You can get as much as you need from these sessions to get the feeling you desire to feel

Is there a part of your body that needs attention....maybe its your back, your knees, your hips...or any other part. Perhaps it is your mind and all its anxieties and stress that brought you to investigate the possibility of Yoga....

If you already attend a class, privates are for you too. They can help support you with anything that you are working on in your practice and enhance your performance in class. If you feel you are always the one being adjusted in class then a private might be the answer to get your alignment perfected

Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga

Pregnancy doesn't need to be 9 months of discomfort, stress and tiredness. It is your right to have a joyful experience, to feel strong physically and mentally at every stage and be confident and ready for childbirth. The benefits of practicing Yoga during pregnancy are endless. It will increase your strength, stamina, breathing and patience, release aches and calm the mind, improves sleep and gets you ready for an empowering birth experience. Practicing Yoga during pregnancy allows for a quicker postnatal recovery.

Pregnancy Yoga is currently only available as a private 1:1. As in a class environment you are provided with a safe space to relax and connect with yourself and your baby
