Tuesday 6pm-7pm - Dynamic Flow Yoga

This class is suitable for most students with some yoga experience, provided you have a good level of general fitness, can move freely without pain, and can get up and down from the floor with ease. Variations are offered where needed to suit individual abilities.

Each week brings a different theme and sequence, creating a fresh and engaging practice while maintaining a familiar structure. Classes begin and end with mantra chanting and include pranayama (breathwork), Sun Salutations, standing postures, backbends, twists and forward bends.

The practice usually starts gently, helping you connect with your breath and awaken the body before building into a flowing vinyasa sequence where postures are linked together with movement and breath. As the class progresses, the pace gradually slows as we move to the floor for deeper backbends, twists and forward bends. There is often an opportunity to explore more challenging postures such as headstand, shoulder stand or arm balances in a supportive and accessible way.

Every class finishes with a deeply relaxing Savasana, allowing the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the practice. Props are available and can be used whenever helpful.

A dynamic, uplifting class designed to build strength, flexibility, focus and body awareness.

Suitable for students with yoga experience. £13

Thursday 5:30pm-6:15pm - Slow Flow

This class is ideal for those who enjoy a slower pace and appreciate having more time to move in and out of postures. While the class is less dynamic than Tuesday Flow, you should still be able to move comfortably and get up and down from the floor independently.

The structure is similar to the Tuesday class, but with more time devoted to preparation, alignment and understanding how each posture works within the body. Rather than moving quickly through many poses, we take time to build progressively towards key postures and Sun Salutations, helping you develop confidence, strength and ease.

Expect clear instruction, mindful movement, breath awareness and plenty of opportunities to deepen your understanding of yoga. Props are often used to provide support and enhance comfort.

Suitable for beginners and experienced students who prefer a slower, more mindful practice. £12

Friday 6:40am-7:25am - Awakening Flow

Start your day feeling energised, focused and ready for whatever lies ahead.

This early morning practice is best suited to students with some yoga experience who enjoy a more dynamic style of movement. Designed to awaken the body and mind, the class mobilises the spine, opens the shoulders, stimulates circulation and builds mental clarity.

Sessions may include energising pranayama, intention setting, kriyas, Kundalini-inspired practices and flowing sequences designed to release stagnant energy and cultivate vitality. Expect to leave feeling refreshed, uplifted and deeply connected to yourself before the day begins.

The perfect way to greet the morning with movement, purpose and gratitude.

Beginners Gentle Flow

(currently unavailable)

This class is ideal for those who feel less confident with movement, struggle with the transitions found in a flowing yoga class, or are managing injuries, stiffness or ongoing aches and pains.

You will have plenty of time to move into each posture comfortably, with clear guidance and support throughout. The pace is gentle and unhurried, allowing you to develop confidence, improve mobility and reconnect with your body.

Some postures are restorative in nature, using props to support the body and encourage deep relaxation while still receiving the therapeutic benefits of the pose. Particular attention is given to calming the nervous system, easing tension and creating a sense of wellbeing.

This class requires yoga props, including a bolster (or large blanket), blocks (or cushions/books) and a yoga strap (or belt/scarf).

Suitable for complete beginners and anyone seeking a gentler approach to yoga.
