Release into Bliss is my exciting new package of treatments that has recently become available. I feel really confident about this package as it is a truly powerful combination of treatments put together to create the ultimate blissful experience.
The package includes a traditional Ayurvedic head massage, and a full body Abhyanga massage.
The existence of marma points demonstrates that the body is not just a physical mass but a field of energy power points through which physiological and psychological processes can be controlled. As well as through the practice of Yoga, Prana or life force can be manipulated through these points for healing of mind and body.
The head is loaded with marma points and with the sensitive parts of the head, the sensory openings and the close connection to the brain, the head is where the greatest intake, absorption and digestion of prana takes place.
Treatments to the head therefore become very powerful in the management of psychological and nervous system disorders.
You may be experiencing insomnia, mental tension, stress and the symptoms that it produces such as anxiety, overwhelm, shortness of breath, headaches, anger, agitation etc, dizziness, tremors....Release into Bliss will help in the management of these symptoms.
A full body Abhyanga massage is done with warm herbalised oil specific to the individual, with flowing uninterrupted strokes across the whole of the surface of the front and back of the body. Massaged in this manner does not allow a break in the flow of Prana, stimulating it where it has become stuck and obstructed and calming it where it has become too excited. Balancing your Prana, giving you a healthy enthusiasm for life while feeling grounded, calm and in control. The musculoskeletal system is nourished and the absorption of the natural organic herbal oils goes deep keeping the joints healthy and the muscles soft and relaxed.
A traditional Ayurvedic head massage accesses all the marma points on the head and neck. The resulting effect is an ease in mental and emotional tension while also releasing tension within the muscles of the neck.
